When i open a downloaded file it says put username and password in i did that then i press enter then it said the requested operation requires elevation.If u know how to fix it pm me or reply to this post.Thanks... :]

What is the file type?
If .exe try to run it as an admin or in compatibility mode for winXPSP3

Which file is it? No file should require elevated priviliges (administrator access) unless its a program that needs to install and modify parts of the system to operate.

If you recognize the file or program to be from a trusted source, right click the file and select "Run as administrator".
