10 in the ratio 1:4
12 in the ratio 1:2
40 in the ratio 1:3
10 hours in the ratio 1:9
First = 40
Second = 24
Third = 120
Fourth = 90 Hours.
I think that's what your trying to ask.
12 in the ratio 1:2
40 in the ratio 1:3
10 hours in the ratio 1:9
First = 40
Second = 24
Third = 120
Fourth = 90 Hours.

AccuAir wrote You add the ratio together, for example 1:3 = 1+3=4thanks that you did not put drama in this REP
Then divide the first number by the added ratio.
Once you have that number you times that number by the original ratio 1:3
E.g.
20 in the ratio 2:3
2+3 = 5
20/5= 4
4x2
4x3
Then you have your ratio
thanks

To answer these you need to add the ratios up, then divide the number by however many they add up by. then just sort them out!
so for example:
40 into the ratio 1 : 3
you would add up ratio's = 4
then divide 40 by 4, = 10
then just sort them out so 1 : 3 will be like this 10 : 30
hope i helped!
now try do the rest!
so for example:
40 into the ratio 1 : 3
you would add up ratio's = 4
then divide 40 by 4, = 10
then just sort them out so 1 : 3 will be like this 10 : 30
hope i helped!
