It's a proper solid pc m8. Really though, it should perform very well with that GTX 770. Only thing I'd change is the RAM, downgrade to 8GB and spend the money elsewhere on the PC or just pop down to McDonalds and get a happy meal. The HDD should be changed to a 7.2k RPM HDD, you'll really notice the difference in the speed.

If it's only a rig for gaming/general web use then 8gb of ram would be enough.
That will play most games on ultra/high settings

It is a good mobo dude, a z87 may be a good idea if you can afford it BUT, it really isn't needed.

Yes that motherboard is good. You should spend the left over cash from the ram "downgrade" on an aftermarket CPU cooler and overclock the 3570K you're getting. I get 4.5GHz out of mine with decent temps.

Motherboard is good. But don't replace it with a Z87 chipset motherboard as they use Socket LGA1150 and are strictly for Haswell (4th Gen) Intel CPUs.

It's extremely decent build dude. But for updatability, I would look into getting a 4670k and Z87 LGA 1150 mobo.
