i7 will not aid you in gaming at all. If you wanted to you could upgrade the motherboard and CPU to the next gen stuff, but that really isn't needed as the 3rd gen stuff will last for a bit longer.

i7 is pointless for gaming. The 3570k with a good GPU is still good enough to play all the latest games.

Okay, ill stick with this build and downgrade the ram to an 8GB of ram then upgrade the HDD and keep it as that? thanks so much guys!

If you're going to downgrade to 8 gb, go with dual channel. Dual channel is a tad faster than single channel memory.

If you have no plans on ever overclocking that CPU get the 3570 (no K) you should save a little bit more money there also

yoo, im the one who picked those parts for him, i didnt notice the hdd was a 5400 rpm, ill change it, the ram, yes it could be downgraded, which i will do for him

But woth the "GPU 2 " i get batman arkyam origin, assisans creed black flag and splinter cell: blacklist

The new R cards are optimized for BF4 so that is my best bet.

As for the decision of either gpu, just check out this link. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . The biggest decision between Nvidia and AMD is advanced Physx on the Nividia chip that separates them apart from AMD. AMD also has the mantle chip included in their gpus, I won't go into detail but there is going to be games in the future optimized for Mantle. But for my recommendation, I would go with a GTX 770 as it's a bit more stronger performer than a R9 280x. The free games is also an added bonus as well.
