My controller isn't working. It turns on but doesn't control my xbox. Ive tried to re sync but nothing has worked. It is a wireless controller please help me!

Try holding the sync buttons on both the Console and the controller.
I had the same problem until I held both of the sync buttons.

That's weird. When you turn the controller on, the Xbox logo just blinks?

That's weird. Maybe you should talk to a Microsoft support member. They might replace the console entirely if they can't fix it. It's not entirely bad because they give you a free game
