Are you sending it to them first or are they sending you the new console?

The same can be said for the ps4 and its HDMI port problems. When they produce such a large quantity of consoles, there will be a few that have problems. The first 360 release was not a problem with production, it was design of the console. This problem has nothing to do with the design of the console, he was just one of the unlucky few that got a faulty console.

well it is the very first console released, that does suck though!
Remember how many problems the original white xbox had? Its pretty much the same concept. Im just gunna wait until they figure out the problems, and fix them in a new, slimmer version of the console for probably half the cost:p
