Today I got my Xbox one but I don't get the boot screen. I tested it on my HD tv and my Full HD monitor and changing the HDMI cable doesn't work.

probably a hardware failure, google it

Make sure its in the HDMI out now the HDMI in

I made that mistake lol.

I accidentally plugged it into the HDMI Out when I got mine , make sure it's plugged in the HDMI In .
