i don't want to win the contest lol, and by everyone - you mean nasa, which HE then posted and told everyone, so you might want to get correct information before you blame that on me, also he has no idea and probably intention on winning the contest.

Steps below

Cygnet wrote 1. open speedsface.bukkithost.com/z.png into a new tab, delete the z.png and it will have the same image as the one on the topic
2. go into inspect element and than to settings
3. go to overides -> user agent: Other and than type in 0ne next to it
4. refresh page
5. you will get WizCon Next and a box underneath to input text
6. type compete found from the original image and download the file
7. open it in hex and delete ALL 00's and WizCon (it should just be hex)
8. I used the 3rd hint that you provided on the Wizard Contest and typed EVERYTHING out into python 3.3.2. (It will split the hex, and decipher it into ASCII, which you can read)
9. Notice it will say COUNT = findme; go back to the compete image, and use the 50. takes a number, and references it as either the required, or less than, and does some math with it for a desired output (does some math = add +1 to the number). So you will have to subtract 1 from 50 and use 49 since the code adds 1.
10. Run Module, and you will get yolo datum: this is where you input the hex data from the first file.
11. hit enter, and it will give you a bunch of LOLOLOLOLOL's, look near the bottom and you will see something like LOLoLOLgLOLoLOLpLOLhLOLoLOLbLOLiLOLaLO look in between the LOL's and you will get logophobia.
12. Go to speedsface.bukkithost.com/ and do everything you did to get the first file but this time instead of typing compete, type logophobia
13. you will get ANOTHER file to download
14. Open it into hex and delete all the 00's and WizCon
15. Go back to the python code, and delete the 49
16. look back at the image, and instead of 32, put 31
17. run the python code and you will get the same type of text as the last one.
18. you will get LtLOLeLOLcLOLhLOLnLOLoLOLpLOLhLOLoLOLbLOLiLOLaLO that is technophobia
19. put that into speedsface.bukkethost.com and download the 3rd file
20. Do everything you did again to this one
21. Remember to subtract 1 from 17 and place it in the python code
22. run the code and you will get EV LtLOLhLOLaLOLlLOLaLOLsLOLsLOLoLOLpLOLhLOLoLOLbLOLiLOLaLO that converts into thalassophobia

This line is a generic import statement. It simply allows us to use the binascii method that we use in the print.

This line gets the user input and stores it in hippie minuses the spaces by use of split. Then sets the count that we are using. Got from the main page.

This is a method called increment. It takes in no input and returns count. It simply modifies count by adding 1 to it.

This method takes in data where data is a block of hex. We create vv and then give it the value of data-increment. It is turned in to the ascii of the char by use of the ord method. Then subtracted the increment.
The next line then checks if vv is a valid data. If its above 0 then we translate the acsii back to a char by use of the chr method. Else if its not valid we add 256 to it as ascii uses 256bits so it brings it back in to range.

Here we are looping round the length of hippie where hippie is our input text. We then print out each iteration of the for loop the result of the zzz method. Meaning each iteration we send in the value of smells where smells is the value of hippie at its position where smells has been converted to hex via the unhexlify method
