If you want to find a draft league quick, you can go to the lobbies and just say you're looking for a draft league and I bet you'll find one in about five minutes if there are a lot of people.
To get there, just go to Online Head to Head, one of the boxes will say "Lobbies." Click on that, scroll to Geography and then click on FRANCHISE. In there, there are maybe an average of 20 people in there on an average day, few of them will advertise saying they got a league and you can join.
