So I was playing and I get kicked off live and my console gets perma banned it is not a jtag nor do I own one and my account didnt even get banned. Does anybody have any clue why I was banned or how to unban a console.

They won't tell you why you got console banned, so don't bother with that.

You will have to buy a new xbox, sorry

If you are still on a warantee, you can call up MS and ask for a replacement.
