I play on a monitor primarily because the response time is extremely low, but on a TV it is much higher depending on what TV you have.

I use TV mostly.

Monitor by far, i've got a TV above my setup so I can watch TV and game.

Well honestly for me a monitor is perfect for my PC games since when I go on my 46" tv , you tend to miss some object ( Like enemy , cars , hidden item , etc ) and it way easier to find those if you're close to the screen compare to a TV ;)
