There will always be scammers everywhere on TTG, Xbox, even in the real world and there is noting we can do

I agree with you on this, at least 75% of topics are fake or people are charging.

I suggest that TTG make it so where in order to post a topic in there, you must have it approved by a moderator, or even have a member verify it's legitiment by beinginthe lobby, maybe a new staff called Lobby Verifyer or something likethat

You don't have to worry about scammers if you use common sense and only go with trusted sellers / highly reputable TTG members for sales, trades, and etcetera.

I've never had an issue with scammers, on any forum. If you're careful and use common sense, the chances of being scammed are pretty low.
