Well obviously they would try and remove the hackers...
There will always be modders and hackers in games, wether people like it or not.

Black Ops 2 didn't see to have any problems, neither did COD WaW and Black ops 1 until the end of the games life cycle. The problems all seem to come from Infinity Ward.
