So every time I turned on my Xbox One, the dashboard would lag terribly but when I load a game it would work fine. Then I decided to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. Zero lag on the dashboard now. I think it's because the console is still running after you turn it off. That's kind of annoying. Does anyone know how to close out background games and app running because they just build up.
