Could be a number of things. You could of somehow had gotten more gold put on that account or it could just be taking time to register that your subscription is up. If you know for a fact that you didn't do anything that would of added more gold onto your account, ms will most likely notify you with a message within a couple months saying that you would have to pay $60. It happened to me on one of my main accounts a couple years ago. Membership ran out, a few months later they tried charging a credit card number that was no longer existent then caught on and tried charging me $60.
