I have just finished building a new PC but when I try to boot it up the bios won't come up and there is no display at all or post beep. It has a MSI 7693 mobo and msi radeon 7870 gfx card. What is wrong with it?

Have you checked to see if all the wires that came with the case are connected properly to the mobo?

Make sure you have the power supply into the motherboard and make sure all the cords are in the right slots.

Yes the PC has power and all of the wires are connected correctly. I also tried to boot it outside of case and it still would not boot

Do you have the speaker that came with your case installed on the mobo? If so, find the sequence of beeps and tell us from there. Best regards.

Another thing that is recommended is to reseat only one stick of ram, see if it works from there.

I would also like to add that the PC will not post with just the CPU the mono GFC card and 1 stick of ram and makes no beeps. But if I remove a stick of ram then it makes the 3 beep no ram error. And the PC will not even start up the fans if the gfxx card isn't in, the fans just move for a second then turn off.
