Should Private schools be in the same division as public school that cannot recruit players?!?

I had a huge problem with Catholic football teams this year.
Being that they are Catholic schools they are private, which makes it legal for them to recruit players. I myself lost to Valle Catholic(MO) in the semi-finals. Ending my Senior year with a record of 12-2. And I just checked the score of the finals game, and at halftime the score is Valle Catholic(35) Marceline(0). I've talked to other schools from other states and VERY MANY private schools make it far in the playoffs because of their sleek advantage of recruiting players. So please vote for me on what you think is right..
