Your not understanding. You can get a card which acts like a credit card. You pre pay to put money on it and then use it like a cc. so you could use that for your paypal. No on is going to 'lend' a random guy over the internet any amount of money.

I have my bank account and a credit card to my paypal so I dont have these problems but I know what I said should work.
