No this is retarded, the wavelength of the light determines the colour and we have measured light and larger wavelengths approach microwaves/radio waves and short wavelengths approach radiation and ultra violet, a small spectrum in the middle exists which is visible light and that ranges from red to blue.
To answer your question I am 100% positive and its physically impossible for there to be another colour.

I would imagine for us to react like we do every time we see a new color we haven't seen before, I don't think we would get a seizure from it? Lol

This would be physically impossible for a human to view. The Visible Light Spectrum (ROYGBIV) and mixes of the primary colors are all humans can see. The Visible Light Spectrum is the frequency of waves that are visible to the human eye.
