Does anyone know how to get the blueprint somewhere in or on top of the force package. It's located between the one of the safe houses with the fire truck in front of it and a rode that leads to the freeway. If you don't know where or what I'm talking about just join my game and I'll show you.

There should be one on a Blueprint guide but all you have to do is jump from platform to platform.

Could you give me a link maybe, I have found some but none of them cover the blueprint I need. I'm starting to think you just unlock it by doing a side mission.
