Did i make the right choice?
I just bought a MSI R9 290 4GB[/b] and i want to know if i made the right choice because i also bought a new case and psu as im going to be building my pc for chrismas but I am wandering will my CPU bottleneck my GPU i have a AMD A8-5600K Trinity 3.6GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop APU (CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7560D? please asap.

It isn't a CPU I'd be using with a 290 but it should be alright. The next upgrade on the list will definitely have to be the CPU and motherboard.

I would of went with something like a 6300 and a R9 280x,that would be great,but i'd definatly upgrade that APU to a CPU next!

We can't suggest anything until you give us an exact budget for the CPU and mobo.

I speak for most people when I say this is the bare minimum in terms of upgrading. You could choose your upgrade based on your budget.

1) Get an AMD 760K Richland CPU (which is FM2 so it will fit in your current motherboard)

2) Grab an AMD 6300 and an AM3+ motherboard.
