It would be a better idea to replace the power supply aswell, to ensure you have a unit you can rely on.

I could recommend one now, but as you intend to base your choice of GPU (and PSU depending on price) on monday then it would be pretty pointless. That said, the GTX770 is a very capable card, in England we've had good pricing on it for a while and if the US price is attractive too then i don't think you'd be making a mistake by getting one.

I would go for a 550/600w + if you can but they should do fine,go for OCZ,XFX or corsair.
