Its only 500w but on part picker it said bit was only going to use 370 so I though that would be enough

You could try and take apart your pc again..

have you tried getting rid of your gpu while you boot? and run off the mobo

I have multiple times and I will try to again but its outside the case right now and only has the CPU PSU mobo and ram hooked up and it Still wont post

have you tried taking ram off? like trying to boot with 1 stick ?
