If your looking to do gaming on the tablet then I would go with the Tegra Note 7 because a lot more games work with the Tegra GPU and it's great for graphics, but If you getting this just to get one then go with the Nexus 7. Hope I helped.

While the Tegra is a better GPU, the Nexus has more dev support and has a better screen and will always be on the latest Android version. Nexus or nothing.
