Every time I click multiplayer it says: you have lost connection to the ea severs online features will be unavailable please helpppp!!?!!

i have that same problem, if i unplug my router then try again it works

When that happens to me I open battlelog using the double square button & if I'm laggy or can't seem to connect still, I'll go home & quit battlefield & restart it. Than if all else fails I'll restart my router
