Q- Is it available to livestream/record gameplay directly from your PS4? (feature)

Yes You Are Able To Use The Ps4 DVR To Upload Videos To Facebook
Plus You Are Also Able To Livestream Directly From Your Ps4
Heres A Tutorial On How To Upload Them To Youtube

Yes you can stream to twitch or ustream but the quality is good but not very good and you need to have very good internet to do so

Yes you can live stream straight to twitch or ustream and you can record your last 15 minutes of gameplay and screenshot at anytime there is also an app on the ps4 to view other users live streams

Yes but to livestream your internet has to be good for a good quality video.
