Hello i'm looking into buying a Jailbroken PS3 and want to know do i have to download cirtain mods onto it or does it come with it? If so do i need a USB or soemthing else? Answers please P.S I want GTA V Menu / Ghosts!

yes you have to install the menus yourself and yes you need a usb to do so

Yes you have to put patches on yourself.

You have to install certain PKG files before
you can even do anything with you Jailbroken
PS3 that's unless the person that had it last
had PKG files, games, or patches.

you have to install mod menus but most jailbroken ps3s come with some package files like awesome file manger
