It's a good build, however depending on the budget it could make it awesome or terrible. It looks like a pre-built part list which is never good either way.
If you want to overclock then the build should be okay, it could use a stronger cooler. If you don't want to overclock at all its a complete waste of money. The i7 isn't necessary for games either.
