The FX-6300 is really close in performance with the i3-3220, but it's way cheaper. I've changed the motherboard to meet with the socket type, and I've changed you're RAM from 4GB to 8GB.

This build should run just about every game you'd want it to. Though I'd recommend upgrading the GPU to a 7870/270(X) if you could find the extra funds. It would make a huge performance difference to the overall build.
