Has anyone else experienced this because if you have you know how scary this is

Nope I've never had this happen to me. However, I have experienced lucid dreaming.

That happens for a reason, it's so you don't roll around in sleep like an idiot.

If you stay awake long enough, you can trick your brain /body into sleeping, which is why some people become aware of the paralysis.

What happens when you have sleep paralysis? my friend said he had it and he was terrified is it like you cant move?

It's basically you are awake and aware of your surroundings and you can't move or talk and it as if something is holding you down and some times there are demons watching you

I have a few times. One time it scared the shit out of me and the other times was only a brief obe. The one that scared me I thought I heard this voice say my name in this weird way and my body felt like it was vibrating kind of.

Extremely weird and needless to say i've stopped doing that lol.
