Subject asks it all. What is the difference between Rebug DEX and PS3ita DEX? I can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks.

PS3ita dex is a full dex firmware and rebug isn't a full dex firmware

It has a better compatibility when using debugged Eboots.
Its More Dex aswell

PS3ita is also a whole lot safer with the bannings of console IDs. People who Real time mod Black Ops 2 basically have to be on ITA because the ban times are way to fast. So if you have a private console ID, being on ITA is a whole lot more helpful and really extends the time between bans.

Yes, it helps prevents bans but it also makes it easier for the psn servers to catch your ps3 with homebrew on it.
