My RGH is console banned, but never mind

so the story is i got my account banned fair enough for mw2 lobbies but i have 2 other accounts never cheated or anything and i got on about 1hour ago and my account for halo 3 was banned for 9999 years and i thought that cant be right, so last night when i was scrolling through on facebook i noticed syndicate had been banned for 9999 years and that cant be right so i went to play mw3 on my other account and it was also banned for 9999 years so my explanation is that you are getting banned by microsoft to (force) you on buying the xbox one which i think is wrong! but that is my story tell me about your storys ?

If you get console banned then you can't create another account or go on another one, i got console banned for mw2 lobbies aswell, whenever you do a hack/glitch its a 50% risk of getting banned.

So i got account banned, for just adding a guy as a friend to get in to a call of duty ghost lobby, like WTF?

Got account banned for 2 weeks today

ok i got banned til 12/31/9999 and im pretty sure it was for avatar modding if you could help me try to get my account unbanned i found a video on youtube and followed the steps all i need now is for people to file complaints so i just get a temporary suspension if this still works gt: xXL3G1TxXBOSSx

I hacked mw3 so there was literally no walls just a blank canvas (only I could see) and people and I could shoot them from anywhere, I was messaging people selling the mod and got caught :p.

My account got banned along with my console for no reason (This was before I started modding).
The Acc was: II Risqii II
The Console was: Trinity Retail
I believe it may have been from license transferring.

Yea same with me i was consoled banned and i'm Presumming IP aswell becouse i cant go on xbox.com it's saying cant connect to ip? has anyone ever heard that before?
