Well I was asked by my doctor if I smoke weed or do any other drugs and I said no...Then he made me piss in a cup

Your clearly hiding something. You smoke drugs and your parents don't know about it. Rebel.

Drugs would show up in it but they are testing for bacteria and diseases. They wont say anything about it.

IF its marijuana just drink a whole bunch and sweat and you should get it out but dont worry about it if you look nervous then your parents might get suspicious right off the bat.

I've been there too. If it does show up, they won't say anything. And most likely it's not going to show up because that's not what they're looking for.

Nahh they probably wouldn't tell your parents. There's some patient confidentiality there and they probably wouldn't say anything. They might not even test for drug use. It's probably just testing to detect any kind of bacteria or something that could lead to a serious health condition.
