hey guys so the xbox one just came out and its a big release for microsoft and there customers but theres a catch once theres a big release they go on a banning wave were they go banning people after a big release every year its normally call of duty releases. The reason they do this is because people buy the game and then they get banned so they still get money from the person even when there banned theres a new rule on the code of conduct that if yoy get in a modded lobby you will be banned and I spoke to a person who is apart of the xbox enforcement team and they will be banning people who have gotten in lobbys on games like mw2 mw3 ghosts black ops 1 and 2 I got console banned for playing in mw2 modded lobby when I called xbox they said I had a modified console which I laughed at because I don't and I preordered a xbox one and they banned my console and not my account so they want people to spens the money on a new console so they ban innocent people so they can get more money its obvious my game rtag isnt banned but my console is when I look at my rep on smartglass it said I was a very good player and my reputstion was 60% preffered and 40% avoid so this makes no sense as microsoft would put a bad rep on ny account if I was a cheater stay out of modded lobbys guys for the time being!!!

But on the xbox one they are banning people for cursing on people if the mic on the xbox one picks it up that your swearing you can also get banned and heres a link to tell you more information.

i dont think that they will ban on mw2 because it is a really old game they still might ban on mw3.

..Read their copyright and that long "terms of service" shit you guys accept.

You won't win against the biggest company around.
You also won't win, due to fact in those "terms of service" it notes they are allowed to ban any console within whatever reason they want.

Just cuz Bill Gates is rich doesnt mean he has the proof that I was cheating hes got no proof that I ever cheated and I have proof that I dont... as my console is not modified and xbox says it is lol
