I didn't dispute it through them yet. I was trying to give you a chance to man up and give me money back. I'm uploading all the screencaps now, and people can judge for themselves. If I'd have noticed you had me send it to you as a donation, I'd never have done it in the first place.

You both can keep whining doesn't not matter to me Paypal if sent as gift you claim an unauthorized claim you get money back 6 days if sent a goods am services you claim never shipped regardless how a payment is shipped Paypal is responsible to look into any dispute someone opens as it's part of the law over sendin money due to credit card fraud you'd know that if you read the terms of use.

Already explained why you didn't get full refund I will still not be paying you back after me cancelling the shipment cost me money and your paying for that you have been flagged now for spamming my post with your comments. I already contacted Paypal and informed them why a partial refund was justified for this issue and they agreed if you feel you don't like mine or paypal a call take it up with them I haven't had any issues untill you I will not be responding to you or your friend no longer hope you did what your looking for in the future and I'm proud you wasted your time making this whole post which shows my story is correct goodbye.

It shows you never said ANYTHING about having to cancel a shipment until this very thread today. Also, you said in another thread on here that you hadn't sent anything because they don't ship on weekends? And now you're not giving me my money because you had to cancel a shipment? Also, you NEVER said why you wanted me to send $100 to your "cousin".

Edit - And thanks, by the way, this was a gift for my kids for christmas. Now I have to tell them I don't have enough money to buy them one, which is what every parent wants to tell their kids. As a fellow (supposedly) parent, I thought you'd be a better person. I know there is little hope in getting the money back, but I'd like to let everyone here know what kind of guy they're dealing with.

ITs not spam, and its nice to see how intimidating you can be! even though you complained to him for not replying quick enough, why did you not reply to all his messages?

and that is alot of screenshots!! if i had known you was gunna post that many images, i would have recomended that you set up a slide show.

I didn't want to miss anything. I didn't realize I could do more than one at a time until I only had two left. I'm new to posting multiple images on message boards.

Very Very Good point, If he can not provide tracking and prove that the courier was paid for then you could possibly carry the case on and explain this to paypal.

He never sent me anything. No explanations, no tracking, nothing.
