You would have to Hotswap with a ISO disk, meaning taking apart your Xbox and quickly switching out the disk with the Modded one you burn from for PC with the modded files.


There are some pretty cool mods still being able to do in GTA 4/Tbogt

Chr0m3 x MoDz IS MAD CUZ I CRACKED HIS V4.0 VIP MODS WAS SO EASY TO CRACK TOO LOL
ALL I NEEDED TO DO IS GET SOMEONE WHO PAID FOR THEM AND EDITED THE VALUES IN SCOTOOLBOX AND THEN IT WAS CRACKED
