I have all Map Packs for all Call Of Duty's up until MW3 on a different account from the one that I'm current using. Is it possible to transfer them from that account to the one i'm using?

I believe so yes. Its called a license transfer.

You can license transfer but you can only do it once every couple of months.

Yes there is, License transfer

Go on account settings to find it.
