It won't work because you need the dvd keys for the disc drive you are tying to put in your RGH

How do i get the DvD key?! then

You need a way to either write the dvd key that belongs to your RGH onto the new drive, you need a x360usb pro or some other hardware to dump the drive, and write back the firmware with the correct key that should be assigned from your RGH. You can't just plug in another drive from another xbox and have it read games.

yeah it would be easier to send someone the drive and the dvd key who already has the necessary tools.

I have been trying to get my RGH to connect to my internet, At one point I have it connected to my network, not i can not even connect to that nor a FTP program I troed dding stuff to the ini file

Not quite sure what the problem is. Are you just trying to FTP files to your xbox? or are you trying to connect to live.

you can not just sign on xbl with them you need to use xbls or xblse I am not sure what people are using now days do to i do not keep up with online stuff.

it shows no picture up on the screen? Does it red ring at all ? If it doesn't show any red rings, you have no video which can be fixed pretty easily by most xbox repair men. Have a look in the xbox marketplace to send it out for repair.
