I am leaning toward buying a elgatto because of its price and the quality looks amazingggg like it blows the expensive hd pvrs out of the water idk what do you guys have and what's your opinion on them.

Get the Elgato.
I have one myself and I thinks it's way better than the PVR. The software you get with it as well is unbeatable. The ability to Livestream directly from the program is awesome. It's simple to use and doesn't deal with the Component Cables like most PVRs do.

BAsed on all of the video reviews and various research, I'd have to say the Elgato Game Capture HD is the best choice. It has a 4.5/5 star review on Amazon. It is very compact and portable. IT only needs a single cable to connect to your console. You can directly live stream with built-in support for XSplit. The included software is phenomenal.

Elgatos are the best, but you must be prepared to pay $190 if you are purchasing from the official website which is more safe
