I got this offer where I can swap my x360 bf4 for a x1 bf4 but my disk is kinda scratched but still works... So would I be able to swap or not
If not, say that I fix the disk and remove the scratched, would they still take in the disk?

If you're asking whether or not you are better off with an Xbox One Game on an Xbox 360 Console then that is not possible. Same goes for Xbox 360 Games onto an Xbox One. They just won't play.
But if you're wondering whether or not to get an Xbox One WITH Battlefield 4, then I would definitely go get that Xbox One! Especially for the cost, just one 360.

I wouldn't know. It is up to the person who offered. Just don't mention it to him and things should go smoothly. Keep it in the case and things like that.
