You are going to need a new disk drive.
The spinner on the top has gone stiff
which basically stands for knackered.
Better of buying a new Xbox if anything.

Try seeing if your magnet that sits on top of your disk is tight enough. If not, there's your problem.

It is a problem with your laser. If you have your warranty i'd call microsoft and have it fixed or look it up on youtube and do it yourself. It is fairly simple.
