Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows the size that avatars have to be or what the best size they are to be made at I hope someone can help

It's 1:1, so people mainly use 150x150.

Just incase you ever forget, you can use this. It's about the 4th or 5th one down.

FAQ/cid=6/cat=Account.html



Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, it's height no greater than 100 pixels, and it's file size no more than 97.66 Kb. If you select an avatar that is not this size, it will then be automatically re-sized to 100 x 100 and may look much different than before.

For TTG I use 150x150 or so but for Youtube I use 800x800. This is coming from a gfx artist!

I occasionally use the dimensions of 100x100. As that's the common size for avatar icons on a forum.

Their is so specific size just anything below 100kb.
