Motherboard: Gigabyte X58A-UD5 (Socket 1366)
CPU: Intel i7 930

I need a new cpu fan and i need help with the best cheapest fan option link to newegg or something please. help help

You could get a Hyper 212 evo,but it really depends on your budget and what you're going to be using it for,even though its out of stock you still could wait for it if you're in no rush.

Since i can't see you needing a very good cooling solution due to no overclocking, this will be fine. It's in stock and ready to order.

It's also a lot smaller than the Hyper 212 so it won't be as mush of a pain to mount.

i was looking into the Evo but the size bothers me i dont like it would fit but i dont know what to get the size bothers me b/c i dont know what im doing with cpu fans

Only way to know is by measuring it. The T20 is slightly smaller and gives around the same cooling performance. So that's the one i'd get.

so its dimensions are 120 x 120 x 25mm, 120 long 120 down and 25 thick right?
