I have the same problem, Unplug Your Router/Modem for 30 seconds or a minute, make sure it is 30 seconds or a minute or it may not work, make sure your xbox/playstation if off to!

Just reset your router. There should be a button somewhere on the back that says reset.

Just resetting the router after 30+ seconds

There used to be an old trick where you played one game of TDM on MW2 and for some reason it would set your NAT type to Open.
I thought it was a hoax but the first time I tried it, it actually worked.
