You get all the tilte updates for all games from fsd.

Just go to your xbox games and find whatever game your looking for and press Y and scroll to the bottom and it should say title updates. then you just download whatever TU you need and select it and there you go.

If your jtag is online just update it like you would on a retail it will no banned you or nothing thats how i do it
