I get it's 10games to test how good you are and where you will be placed in ranked. But how does it work, if you win all 10 games you get gold 5? Does kills and gold matter?

No one actually know everyone has different conspiracies so i believe that if you win all you will get placed in gold but everyone says different

I think its both Wins and KDA/GPM. I won 9/10 and got Gold II

Its based on your MMR
The higher win rate you have playing normal game the better mmr you get.
If you have around 900 mmr you could win 10/10 of your games and not get better than silver 5....

Still dont understand. When playing solo why can a guy win 7/10 and get Silver 2 but another guy wins 7/10 and gets Silver 4?

It has to do with win streaks and who you play against., if you win every other game and end up with 5/10 wins. but you lose every other game. you will get placed in a lower division then say if you got a 3 win streak, and a 2 win streak. Win streaks will raise your mmr more causing you to play with higher players causing your mmr to drop less from losses and gain more from wins.

Hey my name is xL Cyanide this is how the provisionals work.
My good friend Best Kha'zix NA and I have been smurfing. He has 10 accs all lvl 30 with no normal wins. It has nothing to do with normal mmr. If you go 5 and 5 you get bronze 1 if you go 6-4 you get silver IV if you go 7-3 Silver I if you go 8-2 Gold V-IV if you go 9-1 Gold II if you go 10-0 You get plat 5 we have been doing this for quite a while here's a link to his stream
