Get the second one,it has a better GPU and you can OC that CPU aswell, don't go for the first one as the 8350 is just a factory OC'd 8320.

Go with the second one but get a 6300 instead of a 6350. It makes no sense to get an aftermarket cooler and a good overclocking board with a factory overclocked 6300. With that board you'd easily reach 4.2GHz on the 6300 at stock voltages.
Second build.
Second build.

Here's what you should do; listen to our advice and make the changes we have told you to make. That Intel CPU is also last gen, as good as it is, it's still last gen. I wouldn't be pairing an i5 with a 760, I'd be going with a 6300 and a 770.
