My Xbox 360 arcade doesn't appear to want to spin disks. I put a disk in and it simply says open tray, even with a brand new disk, I have looked online and everyone is saying tap on the Xbox, I did that and had no luck. Any ideas or solutions anyone. Also sometimes I close the disk tray and then it opens again by itself after pressing it once. It did load a game once not too long ago but the game froze and it said the disk is unreadable (new disk too), again would really appreciate any help or methods that have worked for you.
