When I try to poke the changes I have made I get a box popping up saying "whoops"
Any ideas to help fix this problem?

ok, 2 things could be the matter,
Be sure that the setting are set to Jtag and NOT XDK, Also, when poking changes, click Poke ALL, If you still get the error come back and ill help ya out till we get it
