thats my question for tu5 tool using neighborhood
im on stealth but now my neighborhood wont work it justis giving me the ip of the jtag cant click on it it says cant connect

If you mean dashlaunch plugins then they should work in the root of a USB or external HDD.

Make sure XRPC.xex and xbdm.xex are in the root of whatever device you're using.
After that make sure XRPC is the first plugin and xbdm is the second. Save the settings and reboot.
It should work then. If it doesn't goto your network settings on your console and manually put in the IP address etc. You can leave the DNS on auto.

It's because your IP has changed. Go to network settings and configure network. Add your new IP as a default console and delete the old one. This is not a guess, I am 100% sure that this is your problem.
